We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and insurance and takes 1-7 business days, depending on the destination.
We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days after your order is placed. We are a small local company and we put a lot of love into all aspects of our business, including shipping our products to you. We appreciate your patience in the case of it taking a little extra time to get your product ready for shipment.

• For orders under $75, flat rate $12 shipping is applied at checkout.
In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at within three days of the arrival your package for instructions on how to proceed. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes.
When shipping our products, we try to minimize our environmental impact and choose sustainable options when possible. We re-use shipping materials from our suppliers when we can, so your order may utilize a variety of packing materials. Please re-use or responsibly recycle shipping materials! Our planet thanks you!
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, or arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entry, the cost to re-ship the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
For Kamloops, B.C. residents, local pick up is available from our downtown location. Pick up location and times will be confirmed after your order is received. Pickup times are flexible and orders will be placed outside for you once a time is arranged.
