Thin Mint Cookie Inspired Elixir

Out of all the Girl Guide cookies I can remember trying over the years, I remember the Thin Mint ones being my favourite.
The chocolatey goodness with a little burst of mint in there - so good. It's been a while since I've had one, but when I first made this elixir it immediately reminded me of them.
Of course, this elixir has a few more health perks than the classic cookies do. It's got all the energizing, healthy fats from coconut butter and MCT oil, and a nice dose of collagen for protein and benefits for hair, skin, nails, and joints.
It's also free from refined sugars and can be sweetened however you like! You can go with some raw, local honey, or use a keto friendly sweetener like stevia or monk fruit. Or, if you're not a sweets person just leave without a sweetener - it'll still be creamy and delicious.
Below is the super simple recipe. It combines our two best selling elixir flavours - Salted Hot Chocolate and White Chocolate Peppermint.
Thin Mint Cookie Inspired Elixir
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Honest Elixirs Salted Hot Chocolate
1 tbsp Honest Elixirs White Chocolate Peppermint
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp honey, or sweetener or choice, to taste (use monk fruit or stevia for a keto drink)
1 1/2 cups hot water
Directions:
Add all ingredients to your blender. Make sure your blender has enough space to allow for increased pressure, or can allow steam to escape. Blend together for 10-20 seconds, pour, and enjoy!
Tip: don't want to use a blender? You can also use an electric frother, or add your ingredients to an insulated mug and shake them up!
