When fall rolls around I always have to dust off this recipe and it truly never disappoints.
If you're a Pumpkin Spice fan, but want something that is actually healthy and loaded with nutritious ingredients - this recipe is for you! It tastes like an absolute autumnal dream, and only takes a couple minutes to make.
Plus, the ingredients are so good that you can start your morning off with it and still feel amazing (rather than have a sugar and caffeine induced crash a few hours later).

Honest Elixirs Pumpkin Spice Latte
1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup, or sweetener of choice, to taste (use monk fruit or stevia to keep it sugar free)
Dash of each cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger (or use pumpkin pie spice)
1 1/2 cups fresh, hot coffee
Add all ingredients to your blender. Make sure your blender has enough space to allow for increased pressure, or can allow steam to escape. Blend together for 10-20 seconds, pour, and enjoy! Alternatively, you can use a milk frother to combine the first 5 ingredients plus 1/2 cup of coffee, froth well, then pour over top the rest of your coffee.
